Monica focuses on finding creative solutions to everyday problems and on encouraging a mindset of continuous improvement. As the Chief Operating Officer at Teamwork Financial, she directs the day-to-day operations, develops and maintains data management systems, and directs the hiring and interviewing process for all administrative and support staff.
Before joining Teamwork Financial, Monica worked as a CRM database administrator and relationship associate for South Texas Money Management. She also served as a senior compliance analyst for Verizon.
Monica has lived in San Antonio, Texas, for over 20 years. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, CrossFit, hiking and reading.
